Shipping and Returns

You may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date will be refunded to the original payment method. Most mailed returns will incur a restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including made-to-order garments and sale items bought with an additional sale-on-sale discount.

Eligible SHIFT WEAR products must be returned by mail. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after one year. For online orders, the return and exchange period is based on the delivery date of the shipped items.

Returning & Exchanging Online Orders To return or exchange items purchased online, follow these steps:

1. Find Your Order Number Log in to your SHIFT WEAR account and go to Order History. Select the order you wish to return or exchange and click View Details. Then click the Create Return or Exchange button to begin.

2. Print Your Return Label After creating your return or exchange, follow the instructions to print your prepaid return shipping label. You will also receive an email with tracking details and a copy of the label for reference.

3. Attach the Return Label Prepare your package by placing the items inside and sealing it securely. Remove or cover the original shipping label and attach the new return label. Then schedule a pickup or drop it off at any authorized location for the carrier indicated on your label.

If returning items from multiple orders, start a return for each and include the receipt, packing list, or order confirmation email for each order in your package.

Return shipping labels are available only for orders shipped within the continental U.S., and no extra postage is required. A $5 restocking fee applies to most mailed returns. Processing takes approximately 1–2 weeks, and refunds require an additional 1–3 business days to appear on your original payment method. You will be notified when your return has been processed.

4. Exchanges For exchanges, return the items within 30 days to avoid being charged. Your exchange order will be processed within 1–2 weeks.
